My journey into wellness began in 2017 after having my second child. As a busy working mom, self-care felt like a luxury I couldn’t afford to get wrong. I was burnt out - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
It wasn’t until I slowed down and began listening inward that everything shifted. I started asking different questions about who I was, what I needed, and what it meant to truly feel well.
Through that process, I began to heal from the inside out. I realized that true wellness is rooted in wholeness, not perfection, and I began to rebuild my health from a place of self-love and spiritual alignment.
Now, it’s my purpose to guide other women back to their own inner power. I’ve had the honor of helping dozens of women reclaim their bodies, restore their energy, and reconnect with a sense of joy, trust, and divine flow in their lives.
